Are you tired of playing catch-up with your various tasks and to-dos?
Are you sick of feeling overwhelmed because there is always
so much to do and so little time?
Have you been searching for a time management system that
works with your ADD, not against it?
Dear Time-challenged ADDer,
If you answered yes to any or all of the above questions, then I've got great news for you!
The Time Management Masters Seminar has been designed specifically for adults with ADD, like you, who are ready and willing to create a practical--and permanent--time management system.
In this 4-week, virtual seminar that begins on May 5th, you'll:
- Learn practical time management techniques that are proven to work for adults with ADD
- Sculpt a time management system that will work specifically for you
- Decrease stress and overwhelm
- Finally get a handle on your time and tasks
Using this program, I’ve seen tremendous value in the sanity I've gained by sloooowing down and planning.
My relationship with all the clocks in my life has improved -- the inanimate and animate ones. (I'm counting my partner in there too, since she's the "Big Ben" in our house!)

"I just want to thank you for your Time Management System. It is fantastic to, for the first time, take a course about Time Management, made FOR ADDers BY an ADDer. It really makes all the difference in the world...
...this is something that recognizes and respects our ADD challenges, and utilizes our ADD strengths!"

This Seminar is NOT for Everyone

VERY IMPORTANT!
This is an intermediate-to-advanced seminar for adults with ADD who have been previously unsuccessful in attempts at time management.
If you are recently diagnosed or just learning about adult ADD, then this group may not be a good option for you at this time.
I personally developed this time management system for adults with ADD, and my experience has been that clients who are committed to it make it work. They experience a decrease in overwhelm and a dramatic increase in self-esteem, simply because they no longer feel chaotic or frazzled.
Those who don't commit to it don't make it work. This is part of the reason that I strongly recommend you NOT sign up for the seminar if you don't feel 100% ready to take on time management.
It IS For Those Who Are Ready

Enrollment Criteria
The adults with ADD who will be most successful in this seminar are those who:
Are really and truly ready to tackle time management at this point in time. If this seminar sounds "nice" and you "just wanna see what it's about," then it's probably not for you. If you're not ready to tackle this challenge head-on at this point in your life, then please don't waste your money.
Have patience and are willing to work on this process one piece at a time. I can promise you right now that your new time management system won't come together right away. We'll be building a system step-by-step for 4 weeks.
Are prepared to work in between teleseminars. You will NOT be successful if you don't put time and effort into this system every day.
Are comfortable using Internet technology. (VERY IMPORTANT!) You don't need to be a techno-wiz to participate, but you do need to be comfortable and confident on your computer and the Internet. Resources and materials, as well as the opportunity to connect, will be available on a members-only website. If you have a slow Internet connection or are not comfortable navigating websites, then this seminar is not for you.
I have a tendency to have weeks where I am wiped because I overcommitted at night for things (i.e. networking). What I love about being able to see my week in advance is if a week is looking too crazy, I can move things around ahead of time versus being surprised and then crash from exhaustion. Thanks so much for this technique.
Also I have been feeling more "together" since implementing some of the recommendations. I feel like I have accomplished more since I took the time to plan a little bit. I use to hate the word PLAN but I see the value in it now. I know I won't ever be a PLANNER type of person but I do feel this is a great approach.
I am going to teach it to my boyfriend's son who is a 14 year old with ADD. I see where he struggles particularly when he has a project that is drawn out for weeks. Thanks!

Frequently Asked Questions

Question: What makes this seminar different from all the other seminars I've taken and books I've read?
Answer: Great question! There are tons of time management seminars and programs out there, not to mention books and websites. However, the vast majority of them were not specifically designed for adults with ADD, as this program was.
This seminar was developed for and by adults with ADD, using ADD-friendly methods and techniques for time management. This means that factors such as the ADDer's tendency toward distraction, boredom, forgetfulness, and overwhelm have been taken into account. The information in the seminar is also presented in audio, visual, and interactive formats to accommodate all learning styles.
Additionally, this seminar was created by me, Jennifer Koretsky. I'm an adult with ADD, a Senior Certified AD/HD Coach, and the author of Odd One Out: The Maverick's Guide to Adult ADD. So you can rest assured that I know my stuff when it comes to ADD and time management.
Question: Is this seminar for managing my personal time, or my professional/work time?
Answer: Both! This seminar can be used for both personal and professional time management. You can create separate time management systems for your work and personal schedules, or you can combine your work and personal time into one system.
Question: What's a teleseminar?
Answer: A teleseminar is just like an in-person seminar, except that it takes place over the phone, similar to a conference call. You can participate from the comfort of your home or office.
Please note that members will be calling into the teleseminar and your regular long distance rates will apply. (This may be a moot point for you, since many of us have phone plans with free long distance in the US, and the teleseminar phone number is a US number.)
Question: What if I can't attend all the live teleseminars?
Answer: It's understandable that you may have to miss a live teleseminar. You can still take advantage of the program and create a successful system even if you miss a teleseminar. Just be sure to listen to the teleseminar recording as soon as possible so that you don't fall behind.
Question: You say that I'll have to spend some time each day in order to create an effective system. How much time are we talking about?
Answer: When your time management system is in full swing at the end of the seminar, you can plan on devoting about 15 minutes a day to time management. Keep in mind that during the 4 week seminar, you'll need to devote additional time to the process. It's probably best to count on 15-30 minutes of planning each day, plus an additional 30 minutes here and there for homework/worksheets.
Question: I haven't been officially diagnosed with ADD or ADHD. May I still participate in the seminar?
Answer: Absolutely! If you believe that you have ADD and you fit the enrollment criteria above, then this seminar is for you.
Question: I don't have ADD, but I still think I can benefit from the seminar. May I participate?
Answer: Certainly! But please be aware that the seminar will speak directly to adults with ADD and their needs.

P.S. I can't guarantee your success in this seminar because it requires time, effort, patience, and commitment...and these things are up to you.
What I CAN guarantee is that you'll finally understand why time management has been so difficult for you in the past, and how you can work with your ADD to successfully manage your time in the future!
As always I learned tons taking Jen's program. She has an amazing ability.
Four weeks ago I saw time as yet another enemy out to destroy my self-esteem. Now here I sit with a to-do list and an 18-month calendar that I'm using to improve and build that self-esteem!
