Jen tells it like it is, and I loved her openness and honesty. Even though she’s an expert, Jen doesn’t beat you over the head with information. Her approach is more like ‘I’ve lived it, this is what happens, and these are the strategies and techniques I’ve developed.’ She gives you a clear, easy to follow breakdown of her skills for managing ADD. This book is an outline on how to live every day, and how to live with your Attention Deficit Disorder. This book is fabulous across the board!

If you loved my book, or even if you just have a
feeling that you'll love it, then this is your opportunity to
get the structure and accountability you need to
develop the skills and apply the lessons from it.
In this 6-week coaching program, I'll teach you how to:
Chaos! That is how I would describe my life before I began working with Jennifer. I had low self-esteem, I felt all alone and as if I was disconnected from my peers. Jennifer has become my safety net. She truly is someone who understands where I am at. I always know that I can turn to her. Not only am I better with organization, but I am also more motivated. Jennifer is truly gifted. She has given me a gift - the gift of a better and easier life. This was something I never thought I would have. Jennifer, thank you from the bottom of my heart. The ultimate objective of this coaching program is to arm you with a toolkit of skills that you can use to manage your ADD and unleash your inner maverick.
You'll get the info, strategies, skills, and support you need to stop stressing out all the time and start enjoying your life.
After completing the coaching program, you'll be able to:
Make small but significant changes that break the cycle of overwhelm, which means spending less time feeling burnt out and stressed out, and spending more time feeling calm, centered, and productive.
Use techniques for increasing focus and concentration, which means improving your ability to pay attention when you need to.
Operate from a mindset of success, which means identifying and building on your strengths instead of focusing on your weaknesses.
Utilize simple and effective time management tools, which means managing your time more efficiently.
Design ADD-friendly organizational systems, which means spending less time and energy managing your physical spaces at home and at work.
Work towards life goals, which means moving beyond day-to-day living by adding elements of fun and creativity to your life.
Identify the rules you're following that are holding you back, which means embracing the maverick within you in order to be happy and successful.
The most interesting thing I learned in the coaching program is that ADD is manageable.
It should not exclusively be thought of as a disability, but understood as simply a difference that has positive qualities that can be embraced and nurtured.
I have a newfound belief in my abilities. I trust my life, personally and professionally, will be better from now on.

As much as I would love to be able to offer this program all year round, I don't have the flexibility in my schedule to do so.
This is the only time I'll be offering the
Odd One Out Coaching Program in 2010.
So if you've been wanting some personal, extra help from me, then now is your opportunity to get it!
As a coaching program member, you get:
Six teleclasses on Wednesdays, March 17, 24, 31 & April 7, 14, 21, each 90 minutes in length, from 8:00-9:30 PM Eastern Time. "Teleclasses" are a form of distance learning. Instead of meeting in a classroom, we meet via conference call. This allows you to participate from your office or your living room, no matter where you live! (Note: Your regular long distance charges may apply.)
Each teleclass will consist of check-ins, a topic presentation, discussion, and optional homework.
A members-only website with program notes, resources, and visual aids, which means that you can relax and participate on the teleclasses instead of struggling to take notes or absorb all the information right away.
A personal study guide for each chapter of Odd One Out, which means that you'll know in advance what we'll be covering in each teleclass and you can prepare accordingly.
Recordings of all teleclasses, which means that you can download the recordings to listen to at any time in the future.
Weekly email check-ins with personal feedback*, which means that you'll get individual email coaching on your specific challenges and successes. Every week of the program, I'll prompt you to email me with your progress and challenges. You can ask me anything about the current lesson and I'll give you personal coaching feedback. *Available for advanced registrations only.
A 50-minute post-program coaching and strategy session with me*, which means that you and I will privately review your progress in the program, help you define your future goals, and plan your action steps.
Please note that appointments are by phone and will be available for up to 4 weeks after the end of the program, and my coaching hours are Mondays from 2-8pm EST and Tuesdays/Thursdays from 12-5pm EST. *Available for advanced registrations only. Please don't sign up for the Advanced Program if these appointment times don't fit your schedule.
Before joining the coaching program I felt like my life was ruined.
I had no job and my relationship was suffering.
When I joined the coaching program and learned the Essential Skills, everything changed. Jennifer taught me how to slow down and that was an important step in learning how to manage my ADD.
Now I own a growing real estate business and life at home has really improved. My wife and I dont fight as much and my kids are happy to see me.

This program is NOT for you if:
You have not read Odd One Out. It's essential that participants have a basic understanding of the concepts and skills in the book in order to proceed with this coaching program.
You CAN read the book as we go through the program. But one way or another, you'll need to read the book in order to benefit from this program.
You are not willing to commit to the process. This means attending the teleclasses, participating in the discussions, and supporting your fellow group members.
I know that everything I'm telling you sounds great, and even easy. But I'll be the first one to tell you that unleashing your inner maverick is going to take time, effort and dedication. This program isn't a quick fix. I expect you to commit to it.
You are a BMW. (If you read the book, you know what a BMW is!) This program is only for people who want to build their ADD management skills and embrace their inner mavericks. It's NOT for people who just need an outlet to vent or complain.
...oh, and I should also mention that I've been known to swear in programs. If the occasional curse word is going to offend you, then I'm not the right coach for you.
This program IS for you if:
You have read Odd One Out, got really inspired by it, and now feel ready to apply the skills and embrace the maverick within you.
(If you haven't yet read the book, you must commit to reading each chapter before its corresponding teleclass.)
You are willing to commit to the process by attending the classes and utilizing the resources provided.
You have an open mind and a sense of humor. We have things to learn, but we'll also have some fun along the way.
If you don't fit the requirements above, then please don't waste your money or my time. This program is for people who are ready and willing to learn and make changes.
Informative, entertaining and fun – that is how I would describe coaching with Jennifer! Before I began working with Jennifer, I was managing with meds and not following through on the real world side of things. Jennifer has since showed me through her incredible knowledge how to turn my ADD into something positive and useful. She has helped me to “think outside of the box”. I now realize that it is not my fault and I have stopped blaming myself for failures that have happened in the past. My head is a whole lot clearer now, thanks to Jennifer! Randy Feldman |

My confidence is higher than ever! I have all of the materials downloaded and the recordings from the classes and I keep referring back to them...so it is really a long term investment...this keeps it available to me when I need it for reference or support. I gladly give this program two thumbs up and encourage any adult looking to grow and stretch their view of themselves and ADD to jump on the Maverick band wagon! Steffanie Roulet |

I'm really looking forward to working with a special group of ADDers who are ready to unleash their inner maverick! Are you one of them??
All My Best ,
