Results You Can Expect
As an ADD Management Group Program Member, you can expect to:
Become educated about ADD and the way it affects adults. This is the first step in identifying
the changes that need to be made. Knowledge is like a seed that gets planted in the mind. When nurtured,
it grows into something bigger and better than you ever imagined.
- Find out about the many different ways that ADD affects adults. (Hint: ADD is not just about inattention,
impulsivity and hyperactivity!)
- Get the latest news and information on adult ADD.
- Determine which of your challenges are related to ADD, and which ones probably aren’t.
Build awareness of how ADD affects you personally. While there are some common factors,
adult ADD shows up differently in everyone. Self-awareness is key when it comes to managing ADD.
- Learn how to tune in and practice self-awareness in all areas of your life.
- Determine what’s working, and what isn’t.
- Pinpoint certain behaviors and actions that have propelled you forward, and others that have held you back.
Reframe your experiences with a new understanding. No one purposefully under-performs, under-achieves,
or disappoints. You’ve always done the best you can with the tools and resources available. With
better tools and resources, you’ll do better.
- Develop realistic expectations of yourself.
- Focus on what’s possible.
- Identify the behaviors and actions that have helped you get to where you are today.
- Apply those behaviors and actions to more areas of your life.
Become empowered and take action. When you obtain knowledge, practice awareness, and reframe
your experiences, you can gain confidence in yourself and your abilities. Action follows naturally.
- Determine the changes you want to make.
- Set goals based on what matters to you.
- Create concrete plans to make positive changes.
- Share and celebrate your successes.

How it Works
The ADD Management Group Membership Program is based on The 5 Essential Skills for Managing Adult ADD, as outlined by AMG Founder Jennifer Koretsky in her book, Odd One Out: The Maverick's Guide to Adult ADD.
The program is divided into 5 courses, one for each of the essential skills. Members have access to all 5 courses. Each course features information, teleclasses, lessons, articles and/or resources on the various ADD management topics that fall under that skill.
The program content is comprised of:
Interactive, Multi-Media Lessons. Self-study lessons are available on a variety of ADD management topics. The interactive and multi-media formats allow each member to use their natural learning styles to absorb information and learn new strategies.
Live Teleclasses & Chats. We frequently schedule live teleclasses and online chats that we invite members to participate in.
Each one-hour class focuses on a specific ADD-related topic. The usual teleclass format
consists of topic discussion, tips and strategies, action-plan creation, and Q&A. Teleclasses are also recorded and available to members as MP3 files.
Online chats are also offered and provide members with the opportunity to discuss topics in detail and get extra help and support from the ADD Management Group coaches.
Member Forums. Connect with other members any time on the member forums. Discuss lessons and teleclasses, post
your action plans, share your successes, talk about your challenges, pick up tips, or ask the Coaches questions. Everyone
understands. No one judges.
Members also have the option of creating a profile, uploading a picture, and offering their bio.
Additional Resources and Recommendations. You no longer have to waste your time searching online for the
latest news, books, and resources for adult ADD. We keep members abreast of all the latest info that we think you should know about.
Coaching Expertise. The ADD Management Group Coaches are always checking in to help you expand your
thinking, develop personalized strategies, focus on your achievements, and answer your questions.
